Shipping and Return Policies

United States
We strive to ship all orders received before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the same day. Any order placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are not guaranteed to ship the same business day, and may ship the following business day.
All orders are shipped from the United States. 
International Shipping
Yes, we do ship internationally. You can email us for detailed information. All international purchases are considered final and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Order & Service Questions
Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the same day if we receive the order before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Refunds & Exchanges
For hygienic reasons, iKandy's Euphoria will not accept non-defective exchanges on any item that has been opened, used, or worn - no exceptions. 
Returns and exchanges are permissible if the product is in brand new condition with the original packaging and the product has not been opened or used. A credit will be issued for the cost of the product only. 
Defective Product
All items over $75.00 with manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days from receipt. We also ask that you submit a picture along with your claim. 
Refused & Returned Orders
Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. There will be 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders.
Damaged Upon Delivery
If items are damaged in shipment, or have evidence of damage to the exterior shipping box, you must request information from the carrier on the procedure for filing a claim.
